LHC Summer Academy 2017

Hospitality is a passion from young age, and it’s always been something
I have been interested in. I love to interact with people, I’m outgoing,
and I was looking for something that would give me a better insight
to hospitality and management, and my first impressions
were that the campus is just so big, it’s so huge. I wasn’t expecting it to be that big. -Tous les professeurs, tout le staff sont là
pour nous donner le meilleur de nous mêmes et ils sont à l’écoute,
ils nous montrent bien le shell, les valeurs. C’est vraiment un autre esprit
et j’aime beaucoup. -I came here because of course,
the hotels and the restaurants, but you also get a lot of skills
that not only help you in hospitality but can help you in other things in life. They’re going to help you interact
with people from different cultures and it’s very global school. -I have always loved the practical element,
and cooking sushi with Sun Chef yesterday was my favourite part. I was never good at cooking, and I learned
new skills like the basic things. His class is one of the best thing in the world. -The people is really cool to see
because they’re from all over the world, and they’re all really nice people. A lot of cool experiences so we visited
a vineyard, we had some lessons
and we did some interactive learning and stuff like that, so it’s an overall view. The whole thing was really interesting
and fun to see. Still got another year of school
and hopefully apply here in September 2018. -It’s given me a good insight
of how life is at this school, in the further coming years.
